At Faherty Brand I catapulted women's retail sales through the growth of the Faherty Brand women's collection.  The women's line needed to be able to sit cohesively next to the men's collection yet attract a burgeoning female customer base.  I was able to lead a growing women's team, oversee budgets, packaging development, retail visuals, and marketing strategies, all while driving sales in the thriving retail market, as well as building a solid foundation of authentic, quality products that last.
